On May 4, 2017 the Local 19 membership ratified our recent contract. Results are as follows:

The term of the agreement will be from March 1, 2017 through February 29, 2020. Once the new contracts are printed they will be distributed to all members via company mail.

If an employee has a reasonable belief that discipline or other adverse consequences may result from what he or she says during an investigatory meeting with a supervisor, the employee has the right to request union representation. This includes what has commonly become known as fact finding meetings. Note: the employer has no obligation to inform workers of their right to request union representation.
