15-17-19          Glen Ellyn FOD employee given verbal warning for work rule violations. Resolved.

14-17-19          Joliet Operations employee being denied overtime. Resolved.

08-17-19          Aurora Meter Reader suspended for excessive CROM. Resolved with back pay.

07-17-19          G.O. Contact Center employee terminated for zero tolerance. Withdrawn.

06-17-19          DesPlaines FOD employee terminated for work rule violations. At the 4th step.

05-17-19          Glen Ellyn Fleet employee terminated for zero tolerance. Pending Arbitration.

60-16-19          FOC Operators being improperly assigned gas welding. Withdrawn - Practice ceased.

28-16-19          Company denying proper crew make up for pavement openings > 4". Pending Resolution.
